Our Refund Policy

At Zephire Digital, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. However, we recognize that certain situations may warrant a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Some products are non-returnable, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, as well as personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

- Books showing obvious signs of use

- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

- Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello@zephiredigital.com and send your item to: Office No-168, First Floor, Topiwala Center, Off Swami Vivekananda Rd, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: Office No-168, First Floor, Topiwala Center, Off Swami Vivekananda Rd, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item valued over ₹6,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
